Australian Delivery/Handling

i. Delivery times

Please allow 1-2 business days for all deliveries to capital cities and major metropolitan area’s throughout Australia. To check if you live in an express delivery area please CLICK HERE as delivery times outside these area’s will take longer depending on the location.

All VIP Club customer orders received before 1pm on any business day will be dispatched same day. All other customer orders received will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

All orders are delivered between 9am and 5pm on business days.

To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address.

ii. Signatures and ‘Authority to Leave’:

All orders require a signature upon delivery. An ‘authority to leave’ can be granted to the delivery driver to leave your Oobi order at the shipping address without a signature in the event that no one is available at the delivery address to accept the order.

If an authority of leave is provided please ensure clear instructions are given as to where the delivery driver should leave the order at the shipping address.

Note: Oobi Baby and Kids Pty Ltd accepts no liability for orders not received by a customer where an ‘authority to leave’ was granted.

iii. Undelivered Orders:

In the event where no one is available at the shipping address to sign for a delivery and an ‘authority to leave’ has not been granted, a note will be left by the delivery driver with instructions for how to book a redelivery.

If there is still no one available to sign for the parcel at the shipping address on the second delivery attempt, a note will be left by courier explaining that the parcel has been taken closest Star Track express depot. It is then the responsibility of the customer to arrange a time to pick up the parcel from the closest Star Track depot at the customers expense.

To avoid this situation we recommend to:

1. Use a business address where the business is open between 9am and 5pm;

1. Provide an ‘Authority to Leave’ and instructions for the delivery driver to leave your order in a secure place (NB: Oobi accepts no liability for orders left unattended);

In the event where there was an attempt to deliver an order but there was no one available at the location to sign for, a card will be left by the delivery company instructing the receiver as at to how the order can be collected.

iv. Shipping Rates:

Delivery within Australia is charged according to weight and size which is calculated using the schedule below. Please note that the volume of the order may move the package into the higher postage bracket without it weighing the allotted kgs.

Delivery is free on all orders over $40 for Oobi VIP customers or free on all orders over $160 for all other domestic customers.

All customs charges are the responsibility of the order recipient.
