Express Delivery to New Zealand - Order before 2pm AEDT for same business day dispatch
Express Delivery to New Zealand is available at the checkout, and the cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order.

For orders under $200 the shipping charge is calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order.
International deliveries are sent via Australia Post Airmail and can take up to 14 working days (three weeks) for delivery after dispatch.

Shipping charge calculated at checkout depending on region and weight (charges from $20 and up). 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We dispatch every order within two business days of the date it was placed. Please allow extra time in sale, launch and Christmas periods. All free international deliveries are dispatched via Australia Post Economy Air Mail please allow 4 to 21 business days for delivery

Customs & Duties
All prices are in AUD (Australian dollars). The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. All customs charges are the responsibility of the order recipient. 

To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

Other Delivery Information

Bulky items such as homewares my incur additional delivery charges. We reserve the right to contact you in the event that your shipping charges exceed those quoted above. In this event, you may opt to pay the extra postage costs and proceed with your order or cancel your order with a full refund. 

Please read your order confirmation for accuracy. We are only able to amend orders if you get in touch with us within 1 hour of placing your order. 

To ensure the fastest delivery, we strongly recommend using a business address as your shipping address.
