• We deliver overnight to most major cities around Australia (please Click here to visit the AustraliaPOST for a full list of area’s where overnight delivery is offered). NB: We always recommend allowing additional time for urgent deliveries.
• Oobi VIP’s receive priority dispatch and we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving a new order;
• Free Shipping is offered to all VIP customers for orders over $40;
• All deliveries require a signature, are delivered between 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri (exc public holiday’s) so please provide a business address when possible to ensure your order is received promptly;
• Shipping rates are weight/size based and start from: 0kg = $7.50 (approx 4 items), 1-3 kg = $9.20 (5 – 10 small items) anywhere in Australia!

At Oobi we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item back to us so we have carefully provided an easy and fuss free returns policy. You can return any unused, unworn and unwashed item(s) with original tags still attached within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or store credit.
