Scandi Styling

Hi everyone,

I'm so proud to present our Scandi Style collection. It's a mix of our beautiful Scandi Florals and Lucky Lemonade - two prints that have a very Scandinavian retro vibe with a bold print, and awesome, cool-as-a-cucumber tones.

The colours are so luscious together, a mix of pink, navy, yellow and little hints of light blue - so harmonious that you can play with your layering knitwear pieces plus socks and tights and get a summer vibe happening (even while the weather is still cool).

 

I'll start with our Isla Dress and adorable little Isla baby set. This piece feels so fresh and so sweet, the lovely little straps, swingy, breezy style, and... for bubbas, the ruffliest, squishiest, most delicious little bloomers. Sorry... me and babies, batten down the hatches, I'm probably going to drool over yours, and play with their little feet until the end of days!

And OMG the Bridgette hat! Not just for bigger girls, this piece is amazing on babies and will keep the harmful sun's rays from their faces and chests too. 

Summer means swimming and it also means sunshine - so while your precious little one is playing in the sea and surf, make sure she's covered up in our SPF 50+ Angel swimsuit. We've made sure that the zipper is at the front so that bigger girls can get themselves in and out easily, and the fabric is rich, thick and beautifully printed. Of course, a SPF swimsuit should still be worn with sunblock and reapplied regularly, but it's another step in the crucial sun protection. 

I'm loving pink as always, and loving navy. The two together... OMG. Now all you have to do is choose if you're a navy gal, or a pink gal. 

We've added a couple of truly magical pieces to our Lucky Lemonade collection - the Frankie dress is such a classic and perfect little sundress. With full shoulder coverage and cleverly placed buttons at the front (press studs for easy-wear), it's pretty and sweet and has the perfect fit. Loving the lace features at the sleeve too - it's those little touches that I love. Elegant, not too over the top, but a sign that your piece has been designed with a little bit of extra TLC.

Stop my beating heart because the "Cross Your Heart" dress is a total sweetie! So pretty and simple at the front and, at the back, so fun with a little heart cut-out feature. We just love this piece and we're certain your little one will too. Perfect for parties and events! This piece was hard to construct and I think we absolutely nailed it, the quality, the perfect outline, the sweet features, and press studs so that it's easy to put on and take off too.

I'm a huge fan of a midi length dress - soooooo big this season - and our Beachy tiered dress with adjustable shoulder straps and ruching at the back is probably the PERFECT summer sundress... not to get too up ourselves ;) but we basically all want one of these. Add it to the "why didn't we make one in our size" list. That list is really growing. I also love a midi length for little ones. It's still got a maxi feel, without tangling her up in all that fabric. So perfect.

We've restocked some favourites too, our Roxy Romper was a complete sell-out last year and we have a 'wishlist' a mile long so we made some more for you and your little ones. It's a fantastic piece and with snap crotch and press studs, it's easy to wear, comfy and practical too. Remember, you don't have to open the studs, but they're there if you want to! There is an elastic waist which means you can just pull it up and down with ease.

More sizes have been added to our divine Tropics Dress - another favourite and so much fun. Basically it's everything I would want in a summer dress and - ugh! - again, why didn't I make one for me? Love the little one-shoulder feature and we're pretty sure your daughters will too.
