Easy-Peasy Returns!

Return your item to us within 60 days of purchase for a Full Refund.

We want you to be over the moon with your Oobi items. If you are unsatisfied with a full-priced or sale item, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. Absolutely no questions asked.

Please note that SOME clearance items may be marked "no returns" or "final sale" but this will be clearly stated on the product and will only refer to items below cost.

If you wish to make a return, it’s easy! All you need to do is contact hello@oobi.com.au and we’ll get back to you. Costs for returns must be borne by the purchaser, however you can return any full priced or sale item (except clearance marked "final sale") for any reason whatsoever, with zero questions asked.

Change of Mind/Size Returns - Full Refund
- Can be returned within 60 days of purchase
- Shipping Fees for returning items to us are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Sale items are also eligible for a full refund or store credit once received
- Replacement items or refunds are sent only after original item is received

Faulty,  Damaged or Wrong item Received Returns - Full Refund
It is a rare occurrence that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, but if this happens, please get in contact with us within 14 days at hello@oobi.com.au. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and should we deem a garment faulty, return postage is paid by oobi.com.au.

Important Information
It is important that you contact us before returning an item so that we can ensure your return is processed quickly by our team. We cannot accept returns without prior contact by phone or email.

Shipping fees for returning an item will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the garment is incorrect or faulty.

Items must be returned with the original sale tags attached, without being worn or washed, and within 60 days.

Please note that store credits are issued as oobi.com.au vouchers and are valid for one year. Only items purchased at oobi.com.au can be returned to us. 

Returns on Clearance Items - FULL Refund issued as Credit Note

Items in clearance "final sale" may be reduced due to slight flaws or imperfections and therefore only credit notes can be issued. However the credit note will be for the full paid price.

Mystery Boxes - NO Refunds Eligible

Strictly no returns, refunds or exchanges on Mystery Boxes. Items are random and can not be chosen specifically.
